Medium Density Fibreboard
Medium density fibreboard (MDF) is a versatile wood-based panel with a consistent structure, density and smooth surface which is suitable for routed, lacquered and painted finishes. The MDF production process involves grinding wood chips into fibres and binding them with synthetic resin under heat and pressure. MDF Board is the preferred choice for high end furniture designs like shelves, cabinets, kitchen counter top and door industry as it is denser and more durable to be shaped into complicated designs that do not crack easily. We supply standard material MDF board (E2), high moisture resistance material MDF Board (HMR) and melamine MDF panels. Standard Sizes (in Feet): 1200mm x 1830mm (4' x 6') 1220mm x 2440mm (4' x 8') 1830mm x 2440mm (6' x 8') *other sizes are available, kindly contact the sales person for more information.
